Public Transport

There is a good rail link connecting Grange with Barrow, Preston , Lancaster and Manchester.

A bus service runs between Grange and Kendal 

My practice is around a fifteen minute uphill walk from the bus and train station

By Car

If you prefer to come by car, there is ample on street parking available at no cost nearby. 

Disabled Access

There is one step up into the house which might prove difficult for some people with more limited mobility. Please do contact me to discuss this if you think that it might be a problem for you.

Walk and Talk Therapy 

Meet at my house. Routes are through local woodland or up Hampsfell. They can be adapted for different fitness levels

Online work

I am happy to use a variety of platforms, including Teams, FaceTime and WhatsApp 

Once we agree an appointment time, we can then finalise contact arrangements.
